Choose the suitable essential oils from the following list of indications according to the desired effect and your personal fragrance preference and use them to enhance your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, strengthen mind and body, improve your immune system, support digestion, relax and release stress and tension, combat fatigue, restore energy and vitality, promote bliss, or support mental clarity and concentration, and so on …. (the fragrances you like for a particular situation and purpose are especially good for you)
Examples of Application: For respiratory support: diffusion; direct inhal-ation (inhale the oil for a few minutes directly from the bottle), steam inhalation (a few drops of recommended essential oil in a bowl of hot water, inhale the steam with a towel over your head); rub the essential oils into chest and upper back area (neat or diluted with a carrieroil), or add a few drops to your gargle water; For digestive support: diffusion; essential oil |
application on stomach and/or abdomen or massage (clockwise), or as compress; For cardiovascular support: diffusion; direct inhalation, essential oil application on the heart area (chakra), on the inner wrists (pulse), bottom of feet, massage or bath of arms and legs, full body massage or bath; For immune strength: diffusion; essential oil application on the bottom of feet, or on the spine, chest, thymus gland; bath or full body massage; For muscular and joint comfort: essential oil application, massage or compress on the problem area; bath; For menstrual and menopausal problems: massage of lower abdomen, bath; diffusion and full body massage for relaxation and emotional support For hormonal balance: diffusion, bath, mas-sage; essential oil application on the respective gland; For internal use: please consult an aroma-therapy expert; For burns, wounds, cuts, insect bites and stings etc.: apply the appropriate essential oil neat directly to the problem spot; For cosmetics: add a few drops of your favorite essential oils to your cosmetic products (creams, lotions, shampoo, hair rinses, soaps), or use them simply as a perfume to enjoy the fragrance and with it its uplifting and blissful effect; For household hygiene: make use of the protective properties of the essential oils (i.e. tea tree, lemon, orange, pine, lavender) and use them for cleansing purposes (a few drops added to cleaning detergents) to ensure household hygiene, thereby preventing ill health, or add them to vaporizers to prevent germs from spreading.
